Flavours of Madrid was born from my passion for sharing meaningful experiences that I deeply value—those that bring people together and celebrate the beauty of culture and gastronomy.
Following 15 years of a successful career in contemporary art and orchestral music, combined with extensive travels, I am pleased to dedicate myself fully to my passion for gastronomy.
As a foodie and amateur chef, my love for travelling, discovering new cuisines, techniques, and flavour combinations continuously inspires me. These experiences enrich the narratives of Flavours of Madrid, shaping a project that is as much about cultural exchange as it is about gastronomy.”
