By booking a tour or purchasing merchandise through Flavours of Madrid, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• You will receive confirmation and details via email.

Cancellations:

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Participation:

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

• Let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

• We are not liable for reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

Weather & Itinerary:

• Tours run rain or shine. We may provide umbrellas in case of rain.

• We reserve the right to modify or adapt the route as needed.

• Tour start times may occasionally be adjusted. If this happens, we will contact you using the communication details provided at the time of booking.

• Dishes served on the tour may vary depending on restaurant availability and seasonal ingredients.

Merchandise:

• Currently, all merchandise is only available for pick-up during the tour.

• No shipping options are available at this time.

Liability:

• Flavours of Madrid is not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage during the tour.

• We are also not liable for theft or stolen personal belongings.

• Participation is at your own risk.

Applicable law:

• These terms are governed by Spanish law.
